What we're looking for

  • 3-5+ years of technical program/project management experience in technology environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and associated tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of contact center technology and customer service stack.
  • Expertise in program governance frameworks including dependency mapping and risk management.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, SOW negotiations, and third-party team accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
