As an Engineering Project Manager, SAP - Enterprise Systems within the IS&T team, you will serve as a key architectural authority managing a sophisticated landscape of SAP and non-SAP solutions. You will collaborate with technical and functional leads to define strategic implementation approaches for major systems including IS-Retail, BRIM, Track & Trace, and other core platforms. Your daily responsibilities involve co-leading the Architectural Review Board, providing expert mentorship on solution designs for regulatory and compliance projects, and enforcing architectural guidelines across the entire SAP suite. You will navigate complex technical details while communicating high-level concepts to diverse stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and hybrid cloud environments to ensure the stability and scalability of global operations within the high-tech, retail, or consumer electronics sectors.
Define strategic implementation approaches for major SAP systems including IS-Retail, BRIM, and Track & Trace.
Co-lead the Architectural Review Board to assess the impact of new initiatives on the technical landscape.
Provide expert feedback and mentorship on solution designs for regulatory and compliance projects.
Screen all initiatives with potential SAP impacts and route them to appropriate teams for analysis.
Establish and enforce architectural guidelines for the entire SAP suite and custom solutions.
Broker decisions between multiple parties when conflicting opinions or options arise regarding system architecture.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in the SAP domain with a focus on solution or enterprise architecture.
Proven experience in a solution or enterprise architecture role within a large-scale, complex SAP environment.
Broad functional and technical knowledge across SAP products, platforms, and technologies.
Experience defining and executing system strategies for large-scale enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Deep expertise in specific SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, IS-Retail, BRIM, Track & Trace, and SAP BTP (preferred).
Direct experience with S/4HANA transformation projects like Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield (preferred).
Experience in hybrid environments with on-premise and cloud-based SAP solutions; high-tech, retail, or consumer electronics industry experience; or a Master's degree (preferred).
