Engineering Project Manager - AML (Planning/Analytics), AiDP joins the Applied Machine Learning team within the Information Systems and Technology organization. What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering and data science projects including ETL pipelines and model deployment workflows.
Own project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery commitments for large-scale data infrastructure.
Define and track OKRs and KPIs regarding data quality, pipeline throughput, and model performance.
Maintain project schedules using dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and risk quantification.
Participate in technical design discussions regarding cloud infrastructure, distributed compute, and data warehousing.
Coordinate execution across data engineering, data science, DevOps, and security teams to remove blockers.
Translate complex data initiatives into structured delivery plans for high-scale technical environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in engineering project management within an enterprise environment.
1+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
Experience with software development life cycle methodologies.
Preferred: 2+ years of leading engineering programs for data platforms and engineering support.
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
Technical fluency in data platforms, pipelines, and large-scale infrastructure including Spark, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical initiatives into structured plans for various stakeholders.
