The Enablement Operations Manager, Technical Solutions joins the GTM Enablement & Business Value Excellence team to manage the operational infrastructure supporting Technical Solutions Enablement. This role focuses on building scalable systems, managing operational processes, and overseeing knowledge management, reporting, and governance to ensure consistent program delivery. You will be responsible for managing enablement platforms, executing a knowledge management operating model including taxonomy and content lifecycle, and identifying bottlenecks to implement automation or AI-enabled workflows. Key responsibilities include tracking project milestones, maintaining operational dashboards, and translating business needs into system requirements. The role requires proficiency with learning management systems, Confluence, Asana, and Tableau. You will work within the technical solutions domain to provide a foundation for customer-facing teams, ensuring that enablement programs are effectively measured, consistently delivered, and continuously optimized across the organization's evolving portfolio.
Manage the operational infrastructure, systems, and governance for Technical Solutions Enablement programs.
Oversee the delivery of enablement platforms including learning management systems and content management systems.
Execute the knowledge management operating model, including taxonomy, publishing standards, and content lifecycle management.
Establish standard operating procedures and templates to ensure consistent and scalable execution quality.
Manage intake workflows, project tracking, and operational handoffs across the Technical Solutions portfolio.
Define business requirements for automation, reporting, and platform enhancements in partnership with technical teams.
Maintain operational reporting to track participation, completion rates, certifications, and program health.
Identify bottlenecks and implement AI-enabled workflows or process improvements to increase efficiency.
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in enablement operations, business operations, learning operations, program operations, or a related field.
Experience building, administering, or improving operational systems, processes, or knowledge management programs.
Experience translating business needs into scalable operational processes, system requirements, and reporting solutions.
Experience with LMS, Confluence, Asana, Tableau, or similar business systems.
Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards and recurring reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships across technical and business teams.
A continuous improvement mindset with experience leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency.
Experience supporting Technical Solutions, Sales Engineering, or other technical customer-facing organizations (preferred); experience in a fast-growing SaaS organization (preferred).
