What you'll do

What we're looking for

Must have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Experience in university recruiting and the tech industry is preferred.
Experience in startups and relevant hardware domains is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
Ability to travel as needed to execute university recruiting trips and events.
