  • Drive pipeline results through metrics-based measurement including sourcing outreach and offer rates.
  • Execute university recruiting trips and events to build a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.
  • Utilize deep knowledge of university trends to shape long-term talent strategy.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in university recruiting and the tech industry is preferred.
  • Experience in startups and relevant hardware domains is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed to execute university recruiting trips and events.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technology and tools for prospecting and automation.
  • Ability to work independently with high levels of ownership and minimal supervision.
