What you'll do

  • Execute university recruiting trips and events to build the pipeline of early career talent.
  • Manage the full hiring execution for multiple teams while meeting specific growth goals.
  • Drive results through metrics-based measurement including sourcing outreach, candidate data, and offer rates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall recruitment efficiency and data extraction.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in university recruiting and tech (preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
  • Ability to travel for university recruiting trips and events as needed.
  • Experience in startups and relevant hardware domains (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision (preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and passion for innovating processes (preferred).
