What you'll do

Perform rework and repair on PCB, PCBA, PWA components, and cable harnesses.
Inspect and test repaired electronic components and cable assemblies for quality assurance.
Conduct product acceptance tests on various components and sub-assemblies.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and written test procedures to guide assembly.
Use specialized measuring tools like oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and clamp meters to ensure system safety.
Fabricate and assemble high-reliability wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Perform soldering and crimping tasks in accordance with industry standards.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Person due to export control requirements.
3+ years of experience in repair and rework of PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses.
Deep understanding of PCBs, manufacturing workflows, and assembly techniques.
Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and using hand tools like drill presses and bandsaws.
Ability to read schematics, test procedures, and documentation while using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and multimeters.
Basic electrical knowledge including Ohm's Law, voltage drop calculations, and wire sizing.
Experience with high-power electronics and HV cables.
Associate degree in electronics/electrical assembly or equivalent experience is preferred.
