Senior Electrical Engineering Technician

What you'll do

• Execute comprehensive test plans using benchtop equipment to verify PCB and system performance.
• Perform precision rework on PCBs, including SMT soldering and component replacement under a microscope.
• Build and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies according to schematics and build documentation.
• Troubleshoot electronic failures down to the component level and execute necessary repairs.
• Accurately document test data, rework actions, assembly details, and failure modes for engineering analysis.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, assembly, and rework.
• Strong technical literacy to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and documentation.
• Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering with IPC J-STD-001 standards.
• Experience building and modifying complex cable and wire harness assemblies per IPC-620 standards.
• Ability to diagnose electronic failures using standard test equipment and documentation.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles, reliability testing, and compliance requirements.
