What you'll do

Design and build wire harnesses, PCBAs, test racks, robotics, and environmental simulation equipment.
Perform production, engineering, and qualification tests including equipment bring-up and configuration.
Troubleshoot hardware issues in situ during testing and manufacturing processes.
Manage first article builds while addressing shortages and incorporating feedback into documentation.
Manage supply chains and vendors for outsourced equipment builds.
Develop and manage maintenance plans for production equipment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
3+ years of hands on experience with mechanical, structural, fluid, or electrical systems.
2+ years of experience performing electronic testing and inspection using portable measuring devices.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for export control authorizations.
Associate degree (preferred).
2+ years of experience working in a production or engineering function (preferred).
Experience fabricating harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBAs, and test stations (preferred).
Proficiency with electrical debug tools, software environments like Linux/Python, and manufacturing processes such as soldering and 3D printing (preferred).
