Electrical Engineering Technician

What you'll do

• Design, build, assemble, and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies for prototype and production.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, electronics, and integrated circuits down to the component level.
• Operate benchtop test equipment like oscilloscopes and signal generators to verify PCB and system performance.
• Perform precision PCB rework and assembly tasks.
• Provide technical feedback to engineering teams regarding process improvements and work instructions.
• Maintain and calibrate electrical and mechanical test equipment.
• Assist with maintenance and upgrades for the HITL and engineering vehicle fleet.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 4 years of electronics testing experience in an R&D environment.
• Ability to read electrical system and component schematics.
• Familiarity with the product development life cycle, reliability, and compliance testing.
• Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and signal generators.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Technologies, or related fields.
