What you'll do

Execute comprehensive test plans using benchtop equipment to verify performance of PCBs and integrated systems.
Perform precision rework on PCBs, including SMT and through-hole soldering under a microscope.
Build and modify complex cable and wire harness assemblies according to schematics and build documentation.
Troubleshoot and diagnose failures in electronic assemblies down to the component level using standard test equipment.
Accurately document all test data, rework actions, assembly details, and failure modes for engineering analysis.

What we're looking for

5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics testing, assembly, and rework.
Strong ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and technical datasheets.
Proficiency in fine-pitch SMT and through-hole soldering with IPC J-STD-001 certification.
Experience in building and modifying complex cable and wire harness assemblies per IPC-620 standards.
Proven skill in diagnosing electronic failures to the component level using test equipment.
