What you'll do

Design circuits and schematics for test automation platforms.
Integrate component designs into the company's PDM systems.
Design and source PCB assemblies including FPGA data acquisition boards and wiring harnesses.
Architect and source circuit board test fixtures using off-the-shelf data acquisition equipment.
Build internal libraries for test circuits and provide expertise for DFM and DFT.
Bring up, debug, and characterize low-speed and high-speed signals.
Develop board support packages for embedded Linux and bring up MCU RTOS platforms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, or 6+ years of advanced knowledge in lieu of degree.
3+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on product designs that have gone to manufacturing.
Experience with professional electronics design packages such as Altium, Cadence, or PADs for schematic capture and layout.
Expertise in PCBA design, including the ability to design, fabricate, or guide contract manufacturing resources.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment including power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition sensors.
Familiarity with Product Life Cycle (PLM) systems and releasing designs for production.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience with Python scripting, FPGA PCBA platforms, or a Master’s of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (preferred).
