What we're looking for
Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
1-3+ years of professional experience in hardware product development, sustainment, or manufacturing engineering.
Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, or FMEA.
Deep understanding of fabrication and assembly-level failure analysis methods including CT scan, X-ray, visual inspection, cross-sectioning, and SEM image analysis.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and knowledge of modern analog and digital electronics.
Familiarity with standard interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
Proficiency with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or JMP to track failure trends.
Experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 standards (preferred).
Experience with PLM/ERP systems, ECO management, and production quality systems like CAPA or SPC (preferred).
