What you'll do

  • Provide end-to-end support for hardware setup and software configuration.
  • Pre-configure systems to ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real-time using analytical problem-solving.
  • Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal teams.
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls, routers, switches, and cloud systems.
  • Assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware components in the field.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Strong experience with Linux systems configuration and administration.
  • Knowledge of basic DC electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in using hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware in the field.
  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot networking environments including firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and cloud environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Military background is a significant plus (preferred).
