What you'll do

Manage production test flows and provide hands-on troubleshooting for complex electrical issues during testing.
Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system level checkouts to component validation.
Improve existing test systems to enhance automation, consistency, cycle time, and overall test coverage.
Create clear work instructions for technicians and develop a library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions to improve quality.
Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to identify defects and areas for process improvement.
Collaborate with design engineers to provide feedback for product enhancements based on testing outcomes.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure precision, reliability, and high production throughput.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
Experience with contract manufacturers and thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.
Proficiency with electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition sensors.
Strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware.
Familiarity with PLM, MES, and TES systems.
