What you'll do

Own the electrical integration activities as the primary point of contact for the project.
Design ruggedized electronics, including PCB layouts, schematics, and power systems from concept to production.
Provide hands-on technical support for both prototype and production-level products in the field.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high-power components and distribution systems.
Evaluate component trade-offs against size, weight, power, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
Troubleshoot complex hardware issues to identify root causes and implement design improvements.
Create comprehensive documentation for design requirements, specifications, test coverage, and reports.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously through various stages of the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
Ability to design digital and analog electronics from concept through production.
Experience performing full cycle PCB design including schematic design, layout, and validation.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware to identify root causes and implement improvements.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar electronic design automation tools.
Familiarity with standard interfaces like Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, and USB.
