What you'll do

Own the electrical integration activities as the primary point of contact for the project.
Design ruggedized electronics, including PCB layouts, schematics, and power systems from concept to production.
Provide hands-on technical support for both prototype units and products in active production.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers to optimize high-power components and distribution systems.
Evaluate component selections against size, weight, power, and electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
Troubleshoot hardware issues to identify root causes and implement design improvements.
Create comprehensive documentation for design requirements, specifications, test coverage, and reports.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience.
Ability to design digital and analog electronics from concept through production.
Experience in full cycle PCB design including schematic design, layout, and validation.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware to identify root causes and implement improvements.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency with Altium Designer or equivalent electronic design automation tools.
Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and thermal chambers.
