What you'll do

Deliver in-person, on-the-job, and classroom training for new hires across multiple production sites.
Develop and maintain technical training content including job aides, SOPs, and instructional guides.
Conduct hands-on practical training sessions on the production floor to teach troubleshooting and equipment operation.
Standardize skills matrices and documentation to track technician competencies and progress.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to align training content with safety and operational goals.
Manage training logistics including scheduling, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned manufacturing areas to support technical inquiries.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience as a technician or technician trainer in a production or manufacturing environment.
Must possess strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tooling, assembly practices, and safety standards.
Must be a U.S. Person to access export-controlled information or facilities.
Must be willing and able to travel 40–50% of the time to support multiple sites.
Must have strong communication and facilitation skills to coach others through complex processes.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of using LMS and digital tools for documentation.
Preferred: A combination of mechanical and electro-mechanical background or experience.
Preferred: Familiarity with adult learning principles, train-the-trainer certifications, or specific IPC training certifications.
