Display Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the B2B technology stack, including annual planning, budgeting, and contract management.
• Lead vendor negotiations to manage commercial terms, service agreements, and ongoing relationships in alignment with procurement policies.
• Develop executive-level dashboards to communicate contract status, spend analysis, and technology portfolio health.
• Create a forward-looking technology roadmap to align platform capabilities with business goals and identify tool consolidation opportunities.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and features to enhance sales operations workflows and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional project management for system implementations, including requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and structured rollouts.
• Execute change management activities and develop enablement materials to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with system migrations and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in project management and BI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information to executive audiences.
• AI systems or process adoption (preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential (preferred).
