Director, Technology Product Management

What you'll do

• Define the strategy and tactical roadmap for a unified data center technology and robotics portfolio.
• Scan the market to identify best-of-breed technologies in IoT, remote monitoring, and facility management.
• Lead vendor evaluations including RFI/RFP support, proof-of-concept scoping, and performance scorecards.
• Manage ongoing relationships with external vendors regarding roadmap alignment and commercial coordination.
• Translate internal business requirements into technical specifications for both internal teams and external partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external technology providers.
• Identify and integrate robotics and automation solutions to improve analytics, diagnostics, and workflow automation.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 7 years of product management experience.
• Must have a track record of managing external vendors and assembling multi-vendor technology stacks.
• Must demonstrate experience evaluating, selecting, and managing technology partners rather than internal engineering teams.
• Ability to independently define strategy and a tactical roadmap with minimal oversight.
• Comfort operating across technologies including IoT, remote monitoring, and facility or infrastructure management platforms.
• Strong stakeholder translation skills to convert business needs into technical requirements for internal and external partners.
