The IS Technology Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of mobile applications and customer-facing digital platforms. Joining a team focused on high-availability systems, you will lead Product Managers and Solution Architects while managing vendor strategies to ensure quality and architectural standards. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing iOS and Android release cycles, performance optimization, and coordinating across infrastructure, security, and operations teams. You will translate product roadmaps into integrated delivery plans within a SAFe-aligned framework, focusing on sprint commitments and program objectives. The role requires expertise in mobile app engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and app store deployment governance. You will solve complex problems regarding platform scalability, latency, and reliability for consumer-facing products. Essential skills include experience in multi-team dependency management, technical roadmap execution, and ensuring all security and operational prerequisites are met before production release.
Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Solution Architects for mobile and consumer platforms.
Manage vendor strategy for engineering delivery to ensure quality, velocity, and adherence to architecture standards.
Oversee end-to-end mobile app delivery including release cycles, app store deployment, and performance optimization.
Translate product roadmaps into integrated delivery plans while managing cross-team dependencies and sequencing.
Execute SAFe and Agile methodologies to improve team predictability, transparency, and delivery throughput.
Provide regular status reporting on project risks, release readiness, and technical milestones to leadership.
Manage financial governance including budget planning, forecasting, and tracking vendor spend.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or MIS is required.
Must have 10+ years of experience in technology product development.
Experience must include a strong focus on mobile app engineering and delivery for iOS and Android.
Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end mobile app delivery at scale, including architecture, development, release, and support.
Proven track record delivering consumer-facing digital products with measurable business impact.
Experience operating in complex, multi-team environments with high dependency management.
Experience managing diverse teams across Product Management, UX, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and external vendors.
