Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers and Solution Architects to deliver mobile and consumer platform outcomes.
• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile applications and digital platforms from initial planning through production release.
• Manage vendor strategies for engineering delivery to ensure quality, velocity, and adherence to architecture standards.
• Coordinate across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to manage dependencies.
• Translate product roadmaps into integrated delivery plans and manage release planning and readiness.
• Operate within a SAFe-aligned delivery model to track program objectives, sprint commitments, and delivery milestones.
• Provide regular status reporting on delivery progress, risks, and release readiness to senior leadership.
• Support financial governance by assisting with budget planning, forecasting, and tracking vendor spend.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS required.
• 10+ years’ experience in technology product development with a focus on mobile app engineering and delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end mobile app delivery at scale, including architecture, development, release, and support.
• Proven track record delivering consumer-facing digital products with measurable business impact.
• Experience operating in complex, multi-team delivery environments with high dependency management.
• Experience delivering solutions across Product Management, UX, Solution Architecture, Engineering, Platform, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations.
• Experience leading mobile app ecosystems at scale, including analytics, performance tuning, and user behavior insights (preferred).
