What you'll do

  • Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for Optical Transceivers and Fiber across Oracle's global cloud infrastructure.

  • Drive supplier performance by implementing capacity planning, delivery, quality, cost management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve supply continuity and support long-term business objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to balance supply availability with operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • Over 10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership in managing and developing teams for at least 5 years.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
