Director, Supply Chain Engineering

What you'll do

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for supply chain data platforms and engineering capabilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on data systems, applications, and integrations.
• Develop technology roadmaps to enable future manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.
• Create scalable engineering solutions that transform operational, manufacturing, and product data into actionable insights.
• Develop platforms to capture and analyze manufacturing yield, process performance, and quality metrics.
• Build systems providing real-time visibility into factory performance and hardware lifecycle management.
• Implement predictive analytics for manufacturing efficiency and capacity planning.
• Ensure data integrity across engineering, manufacturing, and operational systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or data platform development.
• 7+ years of experience leading engineering organizations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software platforms for manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and managing globally distributed engineering teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations, hardware supply chains, and data center infrastructure.
• Knowledge of manufacturing yield analysis and operational metrics.
