Senior Director Data Automation, Supply Chain

What you'll do

• Lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven automation and digital transformation across global supply chain operations.
• Build machine learning models and tools for forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, and manufacturing execution.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to develop scalable data architectures.
• Develop advanced metrics, dashboards, and operational control towers to provide end-to-end visibility of business health.
• Create intelligent alerting systems to proactively identify risks and bottlenecks requiring immediate intervention.
• Ensure high data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all global supply chain platforms.
• Drive process standardization and workflow optimization to enable the organization to scale efficiently.
• Deliver executive-level insights to support strategic planning and infrastructure scaling decisions.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of experience in data analytics, automation, AI/ML, or enterprise transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading data teams within technology or supply chain environments.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and data engineering.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence tools.
• Experience building operational dashboards, control towers, KPI frameworks, and alerting systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes including forecasting, inventory management, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable decisions for executive leadership.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams and manage stakeholders across technical and operational organizations.
