What you'll do

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure continuity, quality, and cost optimization for scaling operations.
Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers while providing training and guidance.
Identify and mitigate potential risks such as supply disruptions or changing market conditions.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to report on supply chain health.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers to support product development goals.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly.
At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership position.
Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
