What you'll do

Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for external manufacturing across global cloud infrastructure.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sourcing Managers.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of hardware components to meet business requirements.
Drive supplier performance regarding capacity planning, delivery, quality, cost, and risk mitigation.
Develop sourcing strategies to improve supply continuity and reduce costs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with demand forecasts.
Monitor inventory levels to balance supply availability with working capital and operational efficiency.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as component shortages and capacity constraints.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience.
Experience in sourcing server component hardware is required.
Proven expertise in hardware infrastructure is required.
Strong supplier relationships are required.
