What you'll do

Lead the transformation of network infrastructure toward a proactive, Intent-Based Network architecture using Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
Build and scale a specialized engineering team to automate complex technology landscapes and standardize configurations.
Integrate agentic AI technologies and automation to replace manual operational processes with intelligent systems.
Break down existing monolithic applications into scalable microservice architectures.
Lead the deployment of new and existing applications into AWS cloud environments.
Manage the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all software solutions.
Mentor engineers on their professional development and technical skills to improve team velocity.

What we're looking for

At least 7 years’ experience in software development.
At least 7 years’ experience in network engineering and architecture.
At least 7 years’ experience in advanced networking concepts in routing, switching and wi-fi.
At least 5 years’ experience in people management.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering (preferred).
10+ years’ of experience in software development (preferred).
10+ years’ of experience in advanced networking concepts in routing, switching and wi-fi (preferred).
8+ years’ of experience in cloud and software-defined networking (preferred).
5+ years’ of experience in Agile practices (preferred).
