What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.

What we're looking for

Master's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in people management.
Experience with technologies including Java, Python, Go, Node.js, and various front-end frameworks like React and Angular.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS), microservices architecture, and big data tools like Spark.
5+ years of experience in Agile practices is preferred.
Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity is preferred.
