Director - Projects, Data Centers

What you'll do

• Manage complex project lifecycles from pre-construction and design through to final delivery for large-scale Data Center projects.
• Establish and manage comprehensive project budgets including hard/soft costs, monthly forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Negotiate contracts and provide performance management for all consultants, vendors, and external partners.
• Serve as the lead relationship manager for strategic alliance clients while resolving conflicts and maintaining professional partnerships.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure construction performance criteria are met and identify potential risks or liabilities.
• Lead capital improvement and asset preservation programs across multiple sites using local resources.
• Train, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals in firm procedures and methodologies.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and marketing service offerings across various business units.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large ground-up developments, re-developments, and corporate interiors projects.
• Strong technical understanding of Data Centers and associated MEP infrastructure.
• Proficiency in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling for corporate real estate.
• Proven ability to interact with executive-level clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Experience managing project budgets including hard/soft costs, monthly forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
• Ability to mentor, train, and evaluate a team of professional project managers.
• Proficiency in the use and application of PDS technology for assigned projects.
