What you'll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value mission-critical infrastructure and data center projects.
Manage project performance across cost, schedule, scope, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
Direct the work of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to ensure documentation integrity.
Lead pre-design activities including due diligence, constructability reviews, and value engineering to establish viable design paths.
Manage strategic procurement processes including RFP development, vendor qualification, negotiation, and contract execution.
Oversee full-cycle financial management including budget tracking, change orders, pay applications, and variance analysis.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders and provide data-driven reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks related to technical, schedule, and commercial exposure in high-stakes environments.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of construction project management experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
Proven track record delivering large projects with costs exceeding $50M and complex MEP scopes.
Experience managing trade contractors in active, energized construction settings.
Proficiency in commercial leadership including RFP development, negotiation, and GMP/NTE contract administration.
Advanced proficiency with project management, scheduling, and financial management software.
Deep knowledge of MEP systems, critical power/cooling infrastructure, and commissioning standards like NFPA and ASHRAE.
