As the Director, Data Center Infrastructure Delivery, you will serve as a people leader overseeing the construction of data centers by colocation providers. The role requires expertise in coordinating power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems to ensure they meet design specifications. You will solve complex construction problems and manage high-impact installation resolutions to ensure all infrastructure components are fully operational and aligned with organizational goals.

What you'll do

Oversee data center construction projects by colocation providers to ensure they meet timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for large-scale infrastructure deployments.
Direct the creation and maintenance of technical documentation including design reviews and commissioning papers.
Lead the startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects to ensure all systems are operational.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects while communicating impacts to executive leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact for colocation providers and manage contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
Oversee the installation of power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling systems according to design specifications.
Lead and coach a team of project managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

What we're looking for

Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Requires 6 to 10+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Requires 10+ years of total experience for the Director role.
Experience overseeing data center construction by colocation providers is required.
Must have expertise in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Must be able to manage contract negotiations and relationships with external vendors and contractors.
Must possess experience overseeing power, cooling, networking, and structured cabling installations.
Must be able to lead risk identification, mitigation strategies, and executive communication.
