As Director, Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers to own the strategy, roadmap, and experience for the developer platform. What you'll do

  • Define and execute the long-term product strategy and vision for the developer platform, including APIs, SDKs, and portals.
  • Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers by managing hiring, organizational design, and performance.
  • Set prioritization and pace for platform investments while ensuring alignment with business goals in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in engineering, design, legal, and risk to deliver integrated platform initiatives.
  • Ensure all developer-facing products and data connections adhere to security, availability, and privacy standards.
  • Manage the budget, resourcing, and investment decisions for the developer platform function.
  • Represent the company externally with partners, fintechs, and industry bodies regarding open-banking strategy.
  • Communicate platform progress and business impact to executives, the board, and key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 12+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience leading platform, API, or developer-facing products.
  • Must have 5-7 years of experience managing and developing employees.
  • Must have a strong background in product management within financial services, fintech, or developer/API platforms.
  • Must have direct experience owning developer platforms, public APIs, SDKs, developer portals, or marketplaces.
  • Proficiency with Agile development, API/platform architecture, and data or analytics tooling is required.
  • Familiarity with open banking, data-interoperability standards (FDX), and financial-data access models is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
