Integrated Product Team Lead Project Engineer

What you'll do

• Oversee the design, development, test, and production transition of RF sensor products for missile and electronic warfare platforms.
• Analyze system requirements and industry technologies to architect technical solutions that meet customer mission goals.
• Manage technical risks, scope work, and provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams during all phases of product development.
• Engage with customers to evaluate technical feasibility, resolve mission challenges, and understand potential risks.
• Lead the integration of hardware, software, and mechanical components while managing configuration changes.
• Collaborate with production teams to establish requirements for manufacturability and long-term sustainability.
• Analyze data from laboratory and field testing to compare actual performance against expected results.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce systems engineering processes and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

What we're looking for

• Minimum BS in an engineering discipline or applied science.
• Minimum 10-12 years of industry experience.
• Experience as a project or IPT lead on one or more projects.
• Experience completing the product development lifecycle on more than one project/product.
• Experience in radar and/or electronic warfare product development.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, subject matter expertise, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience in signal processing algorithms design and analysis (preferred).
• Experience managing a program including budget, resources, schedule, and CDRLs (preferred).
• Experience in data analysis with scripting language tools like Matlab, Python, or MathCAD (preferred).
• Experience developing requirements from undefined customer needs (preferred).
• Experience using team collaboration tools such as TEAMS, Confluence, or JIRA (preferred).
