Integrated Product Team Lead Project Engineer

The Integrated Product Team Lead/Project Engineer leads multi-disciplinary teams in the development and production of RF sensors for precision weapons, electronic warfare, and gun-launched munition platforms. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, including hardware, software, and mechanical integration across development and manufacturing phases. The individual will oversee design, test, and production transitions while collaborating with customers to solve mission challenges and evaluate technical feasibility. Key responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, managing technical risks, mentoring junior members, and ensuring manufacturability. Required expertise includes radar or electronic warfare product development and experience in systems engineering methodologies. Preferred skills include signal processing algorithm design, data analysis using Matlab, Python, or MathCAD, and proficiency with collaboration tools like Teams, Confluence, and JIRA to manage complex technical requirements for embedded applications in laboratory and field environments.
