Director, Internal Communications

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with corporate values and business priorities.
• Serve as the lead partner for HR to manage employee communications regarding benefits, culture, and policy changes.
• Draft executive communications including scripts, speeches, and thought leadership content for the CEO and senior leadership.
• Produce and manage company-wide town halls and all-hands meetings across physical and virtual platforms.
• Manage the corporate intranet and digital signage systems to ensure consistent employee engagement and information flow.
• Direct the editorial strategy and daily operations of the Samsung US Newsroom and LinkedIn company page.
• Oversee technical backend operations, CMS administration, and performance analytics for owned media platforms.
• Lead a team of professionals while managing external agency relationships and departmental budgets.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of progressive communications experience in internal communications and content/editorial management.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee communications, including HR communications, change management, and organizational announcements.
• Proven experience writing and managing CEO and C-suite executive communications to capture leadership voice.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale town halls and all-hands events in person and virtually.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate intranets, including content strategy, governance, and platform administration.
• Demonstrated experience running or contributing to a corporate newsroom or owned media platform with CMS management.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), intranet platforms (SharePoint, Simpplr), and digital signage systems.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to drive communication strategy.
