What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end insurance product execution calendar from design translation through filing and implementation.
  • Oversee the development of regulatory artifacts including PBT, SOB, SBC, and benefit documentation.
  • Manage responses to regulatory objections and oversee production readiness for all filing outputs.
  • Establish QA frameworks, validation processes, and version control standards for product execution.
  • Serve as the central hub coordinating between Product, Technology, Actuarial, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Manage third-party vendor performance and serve as the primary escalation point for their deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a team of staff members responsible for product execution and quality assurance.
  • Track project milestones, resolve data inconsistencies, and provide risk assessments to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in insurance product execution, regulatory filings, and related roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing people.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with health insurance regulatory filing processes, specifically ACA and state-specific filings.
  • 4+ years of proven experience leading complex QA and production workflows.
  • 4+ years of experience with controls, documentation standards, and version management.
  • 3+ years of experience operating in partnership with senior leaders to support execution through planning and prioritization.
  • 3+ years of project management experience managing complex partner calendars and meeting rhythms.
  • 3+ years of experience managing third-party vendors.
