As a Senior Product Manager, Insurance Products, you will join the team to own the insurance products charter, specifically focusing on the rating and pricing engine, coverage and eligibility logic, business rules, and core infrastructure. What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in product management including full ownership of the product backlog and leading the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
Proven track record of owning or building platform-level products such as rules engines, pricing/rating engines, or configuration systems.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products while motivating a team toward ambitious goals.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to earn trust across business, technical, and executive audiences.
Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills to define success metrics and iterate based on results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate product strategies and roadmaps to diverse audiences.
Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
