What you'll do

  • Develop product-specific components of ACA filings including benefits, cost-sharing structures, and plan design attributes.
  • Translate product designs into required filing formats using internal systems and tools.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across all filing artifacts and internal systems.
  • Analyze and resolve regulatory objections from state departments and federal agencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on filing deliverables.
  • Maintain trackers and documentation to monitor project timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Perform quality assurance and audits on product data prior to submission.
  • Identify and escalate inconsistencies or gaps in product data to ensure regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product, analytics, strategy, consulting, or insurance-related roles.
  • Experience with ACA individual and QHP products, including Small Group.
  • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
