Executive Director, Identity Lifecycle Management

What you'll do

• Define the vision, strategy, and execution plan for customer identity and demographic data updates across all channels.
• Design seamless customer experiences for updating phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and legal names.
• Implement security protections and verification checks to prevent account takeovers during high-risk update moments.
• Execute a roadmap to remediate inaccurate or missing identity data through proactive outreach and validation.
• Balance robust security protocols with smooth user experiences to minimize friction for legitimate customers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, policies, and controls for all identity lifecycle processes.
• Track key metrics regarding customer experience, data quality, remediation progress, and account takeover outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a product leader in identity, fraud, data management, customer experience, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of identity verification, possession checks, and account takeover prevention.
• Experience designing multi-channel customer experiences and partnering across various lines of business.
• Strong leadership skills to manage product teams and lead large cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute roadmaps that deliver measurable customer, business, and risk outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency in modern data platforms, cloud-based architectures, and data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance obligations for identity data.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
