Director, Implementation Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to capture functional, technical, and integration requirements.
• Facilitate structured workshops to identify project scope, constraints, and data readiness.
• Evaluate client environments and existing systems to determine solution feasibility and risk.
• Author detailed Statements of Work (SOW) defining deliverables, assumptions, and timelines.
• Act as the primary bridge between Sales and Implementation teams during the pre-delivery phase.
• Provide feedback to Sales on deal structures and pricing based on delivery challenges.
• Review technical artifacts like API specifications and data maps to ensure accurate scoping.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or implementation consulting.
• Must have demonstrated experience writing Statements of Work (SOW) or similar scoping documents in a client-facing context.
• Must possess strong business acumen to translate technical concepts for executive and operational audiences.
• Must be able to facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with enterprise clients.
• Must have exceptional written communication skills for SOW authorship.
• Must have hands-on experience with REST API integrations, including authentication patterns and request/response structures.
• Must have experience with data migration projects, including mapping, transformation logic, and various file formats.
• Must be familiar with ETL concepts and AI-powered platforms (preferred); familiarity with ERP systems or integration middleware is preferred.
