Director, AI Solutions & Integration

What you'll do

• Own and drive the AI solutions enablement strategy to deliver measurable business value across the organization.
• Establish reference architectures and standards for GenAI, LLM, and agentic workflows to ensure production readiness.
• Partner with leadership to shape the AI roadmap and define success metrics for prioritized use cases.
• Co-develop AI applications with subject matter experts from initial prototyping to production deployment.
• Establish prompt engineering practices, evaluation frameworks, and quality benchmarks to prevent model degradation.
• Embed responsible AI practices, risk controls, and security requirements into every AI solution.
• Drive operational readiness for IT handover by defining standards for monitoring, cost controls, and incident response.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI Solutions Leads and Experts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in an AI/ML-related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production AI systems in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in financial services or quantitative modeling (preferred).
• Deep expertise in ETL/ELT design, data pipeline architecture, workflow orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python, SQL, and Scala.
• Indefinite right to work in the United States.
