Director, Global Benefits

What you'll do

• Define and execute a multi-year global benefits roadmap across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for executive leadership on benefit trends, cost strategies, and investments.
• Manage relationships with global brokers, TPAs, carriers, and vendors to ensure high service levels and competitive pricing.
• Oversee annual open enrollment, system integrations like Workday, and daily benefits administration tasks.
• Ensure strict compliance with international labor laws, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and local statutory requirements.
• Lead the 401(k) Investment Committee and Global Benefits Committee to manage plan audits and fiduciary risk.
• Conduct financial modeling, quarterly forecasting, and cost analysis to optimize spend for global benefit programs.
• Manage benefits due diligence and integration during mergers, acquisitions, and expansion into new markets.

What we're looking for

• You must have at least 10 years of progressive HR or Total Rewards experience.
• You must have at least 5 years of experience leading global benefits strategy in a high-growth SaaS, tech, or enterprise environment.
• You must have a proven track record of managing and maximizing top-tier global broker partnerships and negotiations.
• You must possess deep expertise in US health and welfare, 401(k) fiduciary governance, and international statutory benefit structures.
• You must demonstrate financial acumen to perform quantitative analyses and manage multi-million-dollar global budgets.
• You should have experience leveraging HRIS tools like Workday and AI-driven benefits technologies (preferred).
• You must be able to lead a high-performing team with empathy and clear communication.
• You must be able to collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, and Systems teams.
