Director, People Systems and Operations

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the company's HR technology ecosystem, including implementation, configuration, and vendor management.
• Manage the HRIS as the primary source of truth to ensure data integrity, automation, and seamless integration with payroll and benefits systems.
• Optimize the employee lifecycle by creating connected experiences for candidates, managers, and employees from onboarding through offboarding.
• Build scalable people analytics, dashboards, and self-service tools to provide leadership with actionable workforce insights.
• Oversee global compliance requirements including immigration, leaves of absence, audits, and evolving labor laws.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies into People Operations workflows based on company-wide AI principles.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team by providing coaching, clear priorities, and professional growth opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must have 8+ years of progressive People Operations experience.
• Must have 3+ years leading People Operations, HRIS, and/or People Systems teams at the manager or director level.
• Must have deep experience administering and optimizing global HRIS platforms including Workday, Rippling, or HiBob.
• Must have a track record of designing and scaling processes to improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and employee experience.
• Must have experience with payroll/benefits integrations, cross-border data reporting, and workforce data privacy.
• Must have hands-on experience evaluating, piloting, or implementing AI and automation in a People operations context.
• Must possess strong project management, change leadership, and analytical skills to turn workforce data into actionable recommendations.
