What we're looking for
Proven track record of leading and managing global, multi-tiered technical recruiting organizations in high-growth enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure environments.
Experience managing managers within a global recruitment team across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions.
Expertise in leveraging full-funnel recruiting analytics, engineering capacity planning, and predictive forecasting to optimize hiring velocity.
Ability to navigate complex competitive talent landscapes and engineer compensation structures including equity and leveling calibrations.
Technical literacy and executive presence to advise and influence C-level leaders and senior engineering leadership.
Proficiency in developing technical interview rubrics, coding assessments, and system design evaluations.
Ability to build influential partnerships with cross-functional teams including Engineering Operations, FP&A, and Total Rewards.
