Director, Cybersecurity Engineering Lead

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end software supply chain security strategy including artifact provenance and verifiable build attestations.
• Secure build systems, artifact repositories, and deployment pipelines by enforcing trust based on cryptographic evidence.
• Define and implement security models for agentic workflows and AI-assisted development to mitigate prompt injection and identity risks.
• Embed automated controls such as threat modeling, static/dynamic analysis, and infrastructure scanning into the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate regulatory requirements into engineered guardrails and report risk metrics to senior leadership.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of security engineers while growing a network of internal security champions.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering, platform engineering, or application security, including leadership in a large, regulated enterprise.
• Deep expertise in software supply chain security, including build provenance, artifact signing, and verification.
• Strong command of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline security and policy as code.
• Expertise in cloud-native security across containers, orchestration, serverless, microservices, and APIs.
• Experience securing AI and machine learning workloads or the ability to reason about emerging AI risks in software delivery.
• Proven ability to influence engineering organizations and communicate effectively with executive and regulatory audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CCSP (preferred).
