What you'll do

  • Manage capital projects from concept development through commissioning, including scope, budget, and schedule management.
  • Lead industrial automation and control system projects involving PLC, HMI, SCADA, and motion control solutions.
  • Execute factory modernization initiatives such as equipment replacement, capacity expansion, and control system upgrades.
  • Implement digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies to improve operational visibility and data analytics.
  • Integrate manufacturing systems with data historians, reporting platforms, MES, and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure all industrial control systems comply with corporate engineering standards and OT cybersecurity requirements.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for new equipment and systems.
  • Develop and maintain secure industrial network architectures to mitigate cyber threats and ensure system resilience.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, controls, systems integration, or project engineering.
  • Proven success leading capital projects within a manufacturing environment from concept through commissioning and startup.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting industrial automation and control systems including PLC, HMI, and SCADA.
  • Proficiency with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA.
  • Working knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, secure system design, and industrial control system risk management.
  • Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
