What you'll do

  • Lead the Mission Autonomy growth strategy across European partner nations including the UK, Germany, and other allied markets.
  • Identify, shape, and capture new international business opportunities for standalone software and integrated autonomous systems.
  • Develop tailored capture strategies based on specific country procurement processes and industrial partnership expectations.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with European defense ministries, military branches, and industry partners.
  • Manage complex multi-year engagements involving technology demonstrations, engineering sprints, and co-production arrangements.
  • Maintain an accurate international sales pipeline with clear visibility into opportunity status and revenue forecasts.
  • Translate European partner requirements into internal product development priorities for the engineering organization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all international engagements comply with ITAR/EAR and other export regulations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the international defense sector.
  • Proven track record of building senior-level relationships with European defense organizations and program stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of international defense procurement processes specifically within European allied nations.
  • Familiarity with U.S. export control regimes including ITAR/EAR and international sales mechanisms like FMS and DCS.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for presenting to executives, military officials, and industry partners.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time as required.
  • Must currently possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
