  • Cultivate long-term relationships with international partners to expand existing accounts into new product areas.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and engineering teams to translate customer needs into internal product roadmaps.
  • Represent the company's technology and values to diverse audiences including clients, partners, and the public.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of winning complex technical product competitions by leading both technical and commercial negotiations.
  • Experience executing FMS and DCS transactions while navigating ITAR/EAR export licensing and releasability determinations.
  • Demonstrated experience in defense acquisition, capture strategies, and growth for foreign navies.
  • Operational naval or maritime-domain experience as an officer or senior enlisted to establish credibility with uniformed customers.
  • Knowledge of DoD, IC, or commercial programs involving platforms, payloads, systems integration, and software development.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for briefing senior executives and customers.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
