The role requires an active U.S. Top Secret clearance and expertise in unmanned aerial systems, agile practices, and the integration of multiple assets into cohesive operational frameworks within a defense and aerospace context.

What you'll do

  • Develop Mission Autonomy products for Group 5 autonomous air vehicles.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from initial requirements development through final fielding.
  • Define product roadmaps, timelines, and engineering risks while guiding cross-functional decisions.
  • Translate mission objectives into technical requirements for software and hardware engineering teams.
  • Plan and analyze autonomy tests in simulated environments to validate performance and refine behaviors.
  • Serve as the primary product voice during customer briefings, demonstrations, and exercises.
  • Create and maintain presentation materials to communicate product capabilities to potential customers.

What we're looking for

  • Operational experience as a Pilot or CSO/NFO of USAF, USN, USMC 4th or 5th generation fighter/bomber aircraft or RPAs.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance and experience with Special Access Programs.
  • Experience leading system design and development from initial concept through delivery to customers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret test data, diagnose behaviors, and recommend improvements.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
  • 5th generation aircraft pilot experience (preferred).
  • Weapons school instructor/graduate, test pilot school graduate, or Developmental/Operational Test experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
